Do you provide a warranty with your cases?
Yes. All Aluminium Case Company products are guaranteed for five years. This is a full parts and labour warranty against manufacturing defects or other failures associated with the product's manufacture or component materials.

The warranty excludes foam linings, normal wear and tear and/or problems resulting from any non-reasonable usage.

What if I change my mind about a case?
If you have ordered a basic configuration (non-customised) product and it fails to meet your expectations or is found to be unsuitable, Aluminium Case Company will be happy to provide you with a full refund (minus shipping charges).

Please note that the product must be returned within one week of the date of receipt and in its original unused condition. Return shipping charges to be borne by the customer. Cases which are built to non-standard sizes, which have personalised engravings and/or a nameplate and/or which have custom options (other than custom handles or custom locks) - are excluded from this return privilege. If you are in any doubt about whether a product you want is returnable please ask for clarification prior to ordering.

How long will I need to wait to receive my case?
This can vary depending upon the level of customisation involved. However, in general you should allow 2-4 weeks from the day you confirm your order.

Do you have cases available 'off the shelf'?
Aluminium Case Company does have a limited stock of the most popular cases in basic configurations available for immediate delivery. Please ask if you need a case quickly - we may have something in stock that fits your requirements.

Can ACC make cases in sizes other than those shown on the product pages?
Yes. Almost any size and shape is possible. Please ask us for a quotation (to help us with this please provide as much information you can about what you want to put into the case, etc.).

Can I visit the factory to order my case?
Yes. Please contact us first to make an appointment (especially if you are travelling a long distance). Our address and office hours are here.

What are your payment terms?
If by paying by credit or debit card - Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta - Aluminium Case Company asks for a payment equal to 50% of the total cost at the time of ordering. The remaining 50% balance becomes due when the case is ready for delivery. If paying by personal or company cheque, 100% of the total cost is due at the time of ordering.

Do I need to pay VAT?
VAT is currently 17.5% and will be added to the prices contained in this website if you are ordering from within the UK or European Union.

Can I pay in US dollars or Euros?
No, not at present. All orders are priced in UK Pounds Sterling and this is the currency that your credit card will be charged.

Please note that current (June 2008) exchange rates are approximately:
1 UK Pound = 1.97 US Dollars
1 UK Pound = 1.27 Euro

Do you offer discounts for volume purchases?
Yes. Our standard discounts are as follows:
2-4 units = 5%
5-9 units = 7.5%
15-19 units = 12.5%
20-49 units = 15%
50+ units = 20%
