Artwork for engraving should be supplied at correct size (suggested resolution is 300dpi) as a flattened greyscale or black & white bitmap (.bmp) file. Other acceptable formats are Illustrator™, Freehand™ and Photoshop™ files. Fonts should be converted to outlines. Please send a digital proof with any digital file.

Aluminium Case Company may be able to work from printed copy but reserves the right to make an additional charge for scanning and converting to a digital file.

Nameplate can be virtually any shape and may feature more than one line of text (in standard fonts).

Custom Engraving is possible on most surfaces - e.g. case lid or the easel inside a Presentation Case.

If a product is Custom Engraved in more than one location (with the same engraving), the cost of the second (and subsequent) engravings is discounted by £60.
